  1. ok. i m a great fan of steamed egg, but always end up overdoing it. what to do to have smooth soft yummy steamed eggs?

    1. The ratio of the egg:water = 1 : 1.2 (this ratio is not exactly soft but will stand well & not too runny) use luke warm water. I have used 3 eggs with the water ratio as stated, steamed in my rice-cooker for 20 minutes.
